- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE! My children go to a different Dr. This was the on call Dr for emergencys. She couldn't be bothered on a Saturday afternoon to help us. I told the call center that my child had been to a Dr and an ER within 24 hours, I needed to talk to a pediatric Dr and was told "she's busy and can't be interrupted" all the while my 2yo is screaming in the background. What Dr or answering service can't be bothered while a child is screaming in pain? We live 30 minutes from an ER and needed advice. Disgraceful.September 20, 2017by Jessica Haywald
